Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Administrative & Operations Executive who can get things done.
This role goes beyond routine admin work—it requires someone who is street-smart, proactive, and execution-focused, capable of handling day-to-day operations, finance coordination, compliance, and internal support with minimal supervision.
You will work closely with the leadership team and play a critical role in keeping the organization running smoothly.
Must-Have Skills
Go-getter mindset – proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented
Street-smart execution skills – knows how systems work and how to navigate them
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office
Experience handling finance-related tasks, paperwork, and compliance coordination
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced startup environment
Minimum Education Qualification – Graduate (any trade)
Preferred Qualities
Prior experience in startups, manufacturing, defense, or tech companies
Basic understanding of accounting, GST, and statutory processes
High sense of ownership and accountability
Comfortable working directly with founders and senior leadership
