Role Overview
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, with a primary focus on hiring highly skilled technical talent for engineering, R&D, and product development roles. The candidate will work closely with leadership and hiring managers to identify talent requirements, source suitable candidates, coordinate assessments and interviews, and ensure timely closures while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.
Must-Have Skills
- Good Communication Skils
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office
- Experience of working on HRMS softwares
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Minimum Education Qualification – Graduate (any trade)
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Ensure compliance with HR policies & laws
- Coordinate payroll administration & reporting
- Setting up HR management system
- Conducting employee engagement activities
- Administrative assistance
